With almost 20 years of experience, Evelyn provides her management expertise to highly respected industry partners, not-for-profits organizations, businesses, steering committees, boards, sector-based networks, and associations. Her goal is to help increase capacity and resource coordination for the achievement of desired results. She is passionate about fostering partnerships between the private and public sectors with the aim of creating meaningful and sustainable solutions. As a leader, Evelyn believes in authentic and people-centered leadership that inspires greatness in others. Evelyn works with a roster of specialized associate consultants to support the work done at Altitude.

Lean In: Women in Nonprofit (WIN) is a circle in which current and emerging women leaders in the nonprofit sector can come together to share, learn and grow to new heights together. We address the unique challenges, identified by the group, for women in the public-benefit space and discuss possible solutions.
